Dr. Kelly is literally a blessing sent from heaven. I transitioned to Dr. Kelly’s office at 37 weeks pregnant because my previous doctor was not taking my concerns seriously and had horrible bedside manners . From day one, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He scheduled me for a c section on 09-05-2023. I was so scared and nervous but Dr. Kelly made it all better. He came into the OR and talked to me and calmed me down. He also has fast hands 😂 He cut me open at 12:30 and my daughter was here at 12:33. My incision is so good that once it heals you won’t even be able to tell that I had a c-section. He checked on us everyday we were in the hospital . The love and care that he gives to his patients and it really makes a difference . Thank you Dr.Kelly for everything 💜

I had just moved here and found the office by googling. I saw the reviews and was iffy at first. My first appointment I felt rushed from the girls at the front desk. And I saw the comments about them. But my next appointment they were gone and from then on out I had the best experience. I love the fact that doctor kelly remembers each patient and each appointment I felt at ease that I made the right decision. The surgery doctor kelly provided excellent care and i was in and out in no time. He cares about his patients and making sure you have a healthy baby throughout .

Dr. Kelly and his staff is AMAZING. The staff is very friendly and organized. Him and his staff are willing to accommodate you and your family in any way possible. I love a doctor and staff that cares about their patients and this doctor and staff definitely does. I’m patiently waiting on my delivery in a few months but I know he will do GREAT‼️🥰🥰🥰🥰

For the first 5 months of my pregnancy, I was seeing Dr. Kelly. I read a handful of bad reviews, but there were some good ones so I didn’t want to make the judgement until I received care myself. He was one of the few OB’s that were closer to my area and accepted my insurance as well. A few red flags I noticed early on was how rushed he was during each visit. Since the beginning my appointments only lasted about 5 minutes with him. He rushed through a list of questions I asked him with responses that weren’t informative and answers where my concerns didn’t feel heard at all. He would not even let me get through my sentences for each question I asked, before I was even finished talking… he would literally cut me off to answer the question. For example, one of the questions I asked was about the on call group he’s in, and in the case he doesn’t make it to my delivery, if I can get more information on the other OB’s who may perform my delivery since I don’t want to be in a randomized situation. His response was he makes “80%” of his deliveries so I have “nothing to worry about….” Unfortunately, 80% is not 100% and that left me with no information of what potential OB’s may perform my deliveries. After this, I decided to look for different Doctors and started my transfer of care process. This was very challenging for some reason to get the new OB my records faxed over from Dr. Kelly’s office that it took 2 weeks. I eventually had to get the new OB to directly reach out to Dr. Kelly’s office and that finalized the process. At this point, I still had an appointment set with Dr. Kelly for next month, due to me having my anatomy scan and not being able to find out anything until this appointment, I was looking forward to it. The day I showed up to my appointment, the receptionist informed me that because my case was transferred over, I don’t have an appointment any longer. I was not upset, because I read this similar situation in a review before about Dr. Kelly so I lowkey expected it. It’s very disappointing though because this is evidently petty behavior. The receptionists (who are always nice) let me know they didn’t know this and that was why they never called to let me know my appointment was canceled. They said usually when you do a transfer of care, your case is closed. I let them know for future reference, it would probably be helpful to let women know their appointments are canceled ahead of time when they do a transfer of care because that was never properly communicated with me. Again, the receptionist response was that, they didn’t know. Dr. Kelly himself is the one who faxes over the reports and closes the case so they didn’t know to give me a call and let me know that my appointment would be canceled. In reference to previous reviews, and what seems to be their standard protocol though, as the receptionist herself said, “usually” when there’s a transfer of care, the appointment gets canceled. So this is something they typically do which just overall seems petty. From my 5 month experience, this doctor is not concerned about genuine care for his patients. He just overall seems to lack empathy and is apathetic. He does not hear your concerns and is very rushed in his practice. Unless you have no other choice but to come here, I would highly suggest you find a different OB. I hope this review helps at least one person!
